On 8th Nov i had received a promotional mail from "HSBC Credit Cards" which promoted some products sold by deals4all @ discounted rates for HSBC card holders. On 10th nov i had registered online for the I-mate Jama smartphone where i just gave my credit card number & no other verification, Since the website did not accept my mumbai pincode, I had to give Pune pincode to proceed reg. The online form showed that order is registered. I then expected some executive to call me to make the transaction & confirm my order, But After two days i found Rs. 7650 deducted from my card without any confirmation at all. This indicates that already deals4all had taken order without my confirmation/approval or verification of Credit card holder details (like CVV no or proof) As per terms & condition of Deals4all the customers approval is necessary, see Not below mentioning deals4all T&C. Even after this, no formal offcer ever called me to verify/ check/confirm order or to inform me that the charge has been deducted from my credit card..!! However since money was deducted i was then interested to get the product delivery as soon as possible. Inspite of repeated reminders,(mails & calls) deals4all is unable to confirm status of product delivery till now. They also ask for additional Rs.250 as octroi. Now finally when i called them & spoke with Miss. Neha from dispatch dept. I was told that I will have to pay the octroi (delivery in Pune) & if i refuse It will be deducted from My credit card & the order will be forcibaly cancelled. I strongly object such dadagiri. Neha was very rude & blatant on the phone not to forget her indecent taunts insulting me(eg. who r u? u must be a student to be so dumb & miser to argue over Rs. 250) I object such derogatory remarks by customer care & request strict action be taken against Neha for her insulting words. I recommend that deals4all be blacklisted & all card companies stop promoting their products. I hereby declare that I will not be repaying any costs incurred by deals4all to my HSBC account (which includes HSBC interest for late repayment if any). Since HSBC is promoting a fraud company like deals4all, I will have to re-direct any repayment disputes from HSBC to Deals4all as a punishment for touturing the customer & forceably cancelling the order & then charging money for cancellation. I will NOT PAY any money incurred by deals4all (without my concent) & will expect HSBC to recover all amount from their dear business promoters :- i.e. deals4all & make the settlement in case of any dispute.

Well Having said all this, even after two weeks of ordering my product i still dont know the status of delivery..!!
Has it been forcebly cancelled ? Will it be delivered or not ?? Where & when will it be delivered to me?

The deals4all T&C states the product should be delivered within 7 days after customer is charged but now its been 15 days since my HSBC acc is charged & product yet not delivered??
I havent even recieived a single sms from deals4all till now(as written in T&C). However i got 2 sms from HSBC regarding my transaction.
If order was forcebly cancelled, then I havent even got refund within 7 days as per T&C of deals4all..

Thus i have proved that Deals4all has violated atleast 3 clauses of its own terms & conditions & conclude that the company "deals4all" is a fraud.

Somebody is to be blamed & held responsible for all this & i will see to it that i will not be the one to suffer in this case.

Deals4All Terms & Conditions:
Prices are inclusive of all taxes.
Octroi will be charged extra if applicable.
Incase Deals4All is unable to deliver the product, the amount debited to the customer's credit card account, shall be refunded within 7 working days.
Offer valid till stocks last.
If product found defective, Deals4All must be informed within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the product by the customer.
Process involved in ordering and receiving these products from Deals4All :
To place the order, the customer would have to call Deals4All on 1800-22-8200 or 1800-4700 or 022-26329212.
Order once placed is verified and checked, once approved the customer's HSBC Credit Card will be charged for the order amount.
After the customer's Credit Card has been charged, the product will be delivered within 7 working days (from the date of swiping the HSBC Credit Card).
The customer will receive an SMS/Email confirmation after every stage - i.e., placing the order, order dispatched, charging the credit card and delivery details.

The irony is that for logging to my internet banking on hsbc i need extra security key (generated by electronic security device)
but for registering @ deals4all there is no card verification needed, only card no & valid thru.

PS: This is the HSBC Terms & conditions on HSBC website which is absolutely shocking.
No wonder deals4all has such a bad reputation..huh
