This is with regard to my AMC vide your receipt no AG 96B 13531833 for my Aquaflo unit. My last service was due on 6 Oct. 2008. Service engineer never came to complete the required servicing.

Subsequently I have shifted my residence in end - October. Since 23 October, I have made several calls to call centre and local office at Hyderabad but technicians have not come to attend the following:

1. Complete the last service due from their end.
2. Facilitate installation of the Aquagurd unit in my new apartment
3. Renew the AMC

Call centre agents are completely incompetant to take our complaints and we are given the standard reply that, "the service engineer will visit your residence in 2-3 days". This has not happened for the last 3 weeks. We are fed up of making calls now.

Last year also out of sheer frustration I had written for a similar complaint and subsequently got response from your service team. We just cannot understand, why Eureka Forbes cannot honour their own AMC or address our service complaints.

We have wasted enough time dealing with their lower level staff and we request direct involvement and immediate resolution of the problem.
