I am having a dial-up internet connection since 1999. Of late I am finding it extremely difficult to connect with the internet. Sometimes I have to make upto 5-6 attempts before I am connected. Many times after getting the connection it cuts off by itself. I made several complaints to their customer care department who practically did nothing except sweet-talk. I sent two letters to their President Mr. Shankar Prasad by courier dated 24.07.2008 and 22.08.2008 but except for some half-hearted attempts by their Service Dept., I did not receive even a written ackwoledgemnt from their President`s office which speaks of their complete callousness towards their customers.
|Solution of your complaint||They should tell me what is the fault and how It should be rectified. They presently claim it is the fault of my telephone line which is of MTNL, Mumbai. I had requested them to give me their reply in writing so that I could forward it to MTNL |
