This is in reference to below mentioned details of my purchase of BIG TV subscription.

Outlet : Bank street, Sultan Bazar

Date of Purchase : 11th Nov 2008

Problem: Installation in unsafe manner

Details: When I purchased the subscription from your dealer, I was not informed about the installation method of the device. Next day when your service executive came at my residence on 12th Nov I stopped him from installation of his device. The reason being he advised the work to be done in a unsafe manner. The cable that connects between the dish on the terrace and set top box was supposed to be hung over in middle of the way where people walk frequently.
This was clearly posing threat to every age person.
On requesting him to inform the same to his supervisor he told his senior would call me and talk to me. In spite of repeated calls to the dealer there was no response from either one.
To seek help from the customer care I called up to 18002009001 on 19th Nov and received response from executive named Shweta, I explained her entire details of the problems.
She provided me work order # 0000000001789512 with commitment to resolve the problem art very next day.
Till date I have not received any feedback as a resolution.

ActionNow I want to return the subscription and want my money back with cost for my efforts that were spent on follow ups.
