Please contact Mr Mohamed Rizvi- Mgr Customer Assistance Center, with whom i have been in constant contact both verbally & in writing.
My request has been right along for them to recall the vehicle as it was a "factory defective vehicle" and that TATA as a world renowned & reputed company will do so as in the cases of all other such reputed companies!
But they never did refer the matter to you, but simply kept effecting temporary solutions & returning the vehicle.
During the 11 months of my possession of this vehicle, I would have wasted a lot of time/effort/incured unnecessary cost due to this acquisition !
to mention in brief some of the problems were :
water seepage from the front part of the vehicle to the floor board area of the vehicle- still prevalent despite repair[ initially it was disowned, saying that they cannot do anything about it ! ]
right hand rear door not closing properly, resulting in water/dust /mud coming inside the vehicle- still on, it was never attended to , saying that they cannot do anything about it !
front, below buffer juting out- not done, as explaing above
parts such as handles, some rubber components falling off- partially done
major oil leak from the outset- they initially disowned it, but later repaied. this has not recurred since then- one job done properly !!
Although some of the abovewere remedied, it wasnt ever a permanent solution.
What they are doing is, trying to keep going till the warranty period is over & then drop the matter totally, saying that whatever happens after is not covered !!
I am a totally dis-satisfied customer!
My request is for you to recall the vehicle in good faith & keeping with the reputation of your company, without prolonging my agony!!
