Today (26/11/08) i have booked an eticket from kaur to chennai egmore by train no 6108 to travel by AC 3 tier for the journey on 06/12/2008. After completion of formalitiies i directed to deduct the train fare of Rs.535/- from my SBI ATM cum Debit card no:6220180085600095294 and the same has been deducted from my sb account no:00000010933509138. After deduction of the amount from my account i am unable to get the hard copy of the ticket till 5.30pm of 26/11/08.  

Solution of your complaintKindly cancel the ticket which i have booked and refund the admissible amount 
Action as per the rules i have to take action
