This is with reference to the mail below and also as per the subsequent conversation with our Asst Manager Mr. Subhash,

We would wish to inform that our technical staff had visited your premises with regard to the issues raised by you.

The survey report given shows that the signal strength is weak at your premises.

However we have taken note of your requirement and the same will be addressed during the network expansion activity.

Respected Sir,


I am using Aircel connection for the past 2 years and my number is 9941105577. The Aircel signal, coverage and network are fully waste particularly in chennai "Otteri" tower during evening times. Since I already complaint before two or three months back two times about network congestion in chennai "Otteri" tower and signal ratio in getting very low signal more times at my closed room during night. Meanwhile in the same closed room at the that time Airtel and Hutch towers are getting full signal in another mobiles. Why these type of less frequency tower are operating in "Otteri" location and your customer service executive promised that tower frequecy will be rectified with one or two months engaged by your technical support team or otherwise we can put booster in the "Otteri" tower. Sometime I am getting irritation till now the problems is going on...the worst less signal frequency you had in the evening after 8.00 p.m and provide the good high signal ratio without network congestion equivalent like other

Airtel, Hutch Networks in our Otteri area as soon as possible. For clarifications kindly contact 9941105577.

Solution of your complaintTill date no solution made by them whether u can help me at your end to solve this issue 
ActionI m orally assured we will be rectify the problem on our future expansion but till now they are not interested to solve this issue.
