purchased a pavilion tx 2000, can not connect to the internet via wireless card, spent 18 hours on the phone with tech services so far and nothing has been resolved. each tech requires me to explain the same issue over and over again, tried to call executive offices ans I keep getting transfered to another tech...Ho is a nightmare...I am an old customer and lost my faith on the,

Actionwill file a cmplaint with SBB and will try until I die to get a hold of Microsoft to let them know the poor service I have recieved.
