I Gaurab Basu had purchased a New Washing Machine brand BPL Sanyo on 04.05.2007 (Model No.Sanyo800x2T, 6kg Semi Auto WM). The problem arries on SPIN TUB LID, and i lodge my complaint in service centre so many times but every time they told me that this part is not available at present and when ever the part is available they rectify my complaint. But after a long period i.e six or seven month before there is no any satisfactory response from company, in this connection i have dispatch an application along with all supporting documents regarding above complaint to Sanyo India Pvt. Ltd Banguluru through Red Post R.L No. A-7260 dated 05.08.2008. But no reply had yet received from in this connection. The local Service centre is yet taken any step against complaint already lodged as quoted above. 

Solution of your complaintIn my opinion the company may repair the defective part of the washing machine or replace the washing machine immediately. 
ActionIf the problem is not settled by the company in proper time then i will be bound to present my case in front of District Consumner Forum Kolkotta with the compensation for poor service and harrasment.
