This machine was purchased on 8th Nov. and installed on 11th Nov.The motor belt got tripped on 15th Nov and a new motor belt was replaced on 18th Nov.In fact the service personnel wants to install the damaged belt and after my refusal they installed a new belt.On 21st Nov. agian the machine broke-down and the complaint was lodged on the same day and the token No.2448278.The service personnel attended on 24th Nov and has informed that the motor has failed.I have paid Rs.22,500.00 for a brand new machine and this my fate.Inspite of my repeated calls to the above mentioned IFB Executive, neither he is picking up the calls or giving any proper reply. This is my condition.I am unable to understand how a brand new machine with IFB brand can fail like this.
Can u please take up this issue with the highest official of the Organisation and please solve my perenial problem I am facing with this machine from the day I purchased this machine.

|Solution of your complaint||Since the brand new machine has failed within few days, I would like the machine to be replaced with a new one. |
|Action||I have to go to the consumer court and to the press, atleast to caution the public to be careful in selecting these appliances ,especially IFB products. |
