My washingmachine got jammed because of on/off button was jammed inside. Their engineer Mr. Santosh came to repair but cound not pull the button outside and promised to come next day with new on/off button but never came. On following with customer service center I was told that button was not available. On contunues following my problem theri senior engineer Mr Sanjay Gautam came on line on 17th of November and assured me that on/off will be positively replace on wednesday(26.11.08). I reminded their customercare center about wednesday on the same day then again about 4.00 pm Mr Sanjay Gautam came on line and said that it will be attended on Monday(01.12.08). I told him that earliar you had promissed for wednesday and now you are assuring for next Monday so what is the certainly that it well be done on Manday. It is reduiculus that most common part is not available with them and is taking indefnite time. Whirlpool should be brought to book and should be forced to refind my payment with interest and penalty and rake back their machine. There indefferent careleass behaviour should be conveyed to gereral public to stay from Whirlpool appliances..
