It has been more than 40 days since i purchased water purifier, and inspite of making telephone call to the sales representative - mr.pritesh, and entering complaint on internet, i have not received the bill for the product. Also, most important, when the product was installed, its performance could not be checked since electricity was not there. And they clearly told that, we will come again to check water quality, but nobody has come yet.
I am really surprised that a company who has been know for customer satisfaction through direct selling, does not even have proper conmplaint redressal system.
Too poor response. Focus only on selling, nothing else
