I had purchsed a printer model no HP deskjet D 2568 from M/s Dotcom, shop no A 115, shanthi colony, Annagar, chennai- 44, Tele. no. 044 43500343, on 24th nov 08 at a cost of Rs 22000/-. which has yet tilldate on 1st Dec 08 neither delivered nor installed, though whole payment has been made in advance.
I was told by the dealer that it will be delivered and the engineer from the company will install the printer at my place, even after making repeated calls they have not done so. This is quiet heartening and has caused lot of damage to me.
Each time I made calls, they have not responded and have wasted lot of my valuable time and money. If they had informed me so that it is not possible then probably I would have decided other wise.
This type of behaviour towards clients, puts down the products value and value interms of money spent.
Kundly do something at the earlieast so that the printer purchased by me is delivered and installed and too that I am duly compensated for the inconvienience caused to me by your representative and engineer.
