I have purchased the this compaq laptop last year29- may-2007.It had heat issues right from the beginning which i have brought in HP managements notice several times.but they never address this problem and the issue was because of defective AMD processor , which has known heat issue and HP is aware about that as well but never conveyed this to customer.
First problem appears after few months of purchase , when i noticed some Dead pixels on display panel and I requested hard for replacing the machine , which they never did.but replaced the parts like display (once),Motherboard(twice) .this all happen with in one year of purchase. But now when i amm out of warranty , this processor heat issue has created more terrible problem like Display has gone bad.And as per the HP they want me topay 18,000 bucks to get display panel replaced. which i will never do in my life.
I have all proofs of all my interactions i had with HP managment.
|Solution of your complaint||I need compensation for all my time i wasted for this crap service .Also want them to get my laptop replaced. |
