Dear All,

This is to Officially complain about the Product and the Services being rendered lately by M/s Nokia to the old and genuine customers.

I, Sameer Kulkarni working and my family members, only use Nokia instrument and I deprive any of them to use other products excluding Nokia.

Although all above said is true but lately I have observed too many issues in the services and products being delivered especially to Myself and my team members.

Would like to highlight one latest incident which had forced me to think to switch over to some other make of handset.

I had recently purchased a N73 on 23/05/08. Within 2 months of the purchase there were some software/Hardware issues with the handset and as per my usual practice I had handed over the instrument to one of the Nokia Care Center located at Vasai.
Due to my heavy work schedules and the far location of Nokia Care I could not have frequent visits to the Center but after approx a month I went to the center to find out that my Cell has been replaced with a new Handset (As claimed by the reps of Nokia Care)
From that very day, there had been weird issues with the Handset. The Blue tooth, Camera, Memory card were not functioning at all and I again decided to visit the Nokia Care center to understand the problem.
To my surprise I found out that the new instrument has been tampered and the Serial Number of the Instrument and the one I hold did not match with each other. I was shocked to find out that the product being handed over by authorized Nokia Care center has such disparities for which the reps were holding me responsible for tampering the instrument. It took me lot of efforts and time to convince the staff that the handset has not been shown to any external vendor excluding Nokia Care authorized service center for which I hold proper Service Job sheets.
I suspect there are some manipulations being done either at your Head office or the authorized Nokia Care while handling such cases.

This is a clear violation of Integrity of such employees for which Customers like us have to pay a price and Nokia has to loose their reputation. I request you all to intervene in the matter and to satisfy me by your genuine services.


I hope you do not deprive me and my family members from using Nokia Instrument. henceforth.
