I would like to file a case against BIG BAZAAR, Old Madras Road for
deficiency in services. Please let me know the process to be followed.
If the complaint can be filed online, it would be the best and can be
done very easily.
To provide you a brief about the incident - I bought a Bunk Bed worth
Rs 19,900/- from BIG BAZAAR, Old Madras Road on 22 Nov with a promise
to deliver on 2nd Dec. I followed up 22 times with them and each time
got an assurance that the goods are being delivered in next one hour,
but still there is no sight of it. The Sales Manager Syed, with his
mobile number 90087 63912 has switched off the mobile.
Now I am in a fix. I have paid the amount in full, and there is no
assurance of delivery in any near future. Please help me.

Delivery Challan number: 1649, 22 Nov 2008
