Initially my mobile had problem with speaker, it produces the humming sound during the call, so it was not possible to listen properly. That's why I gave it to

But I feel this was my great mistake that I have given it to such an irresponsible center specially the two counter ladies those speaks lies very confidently.


I booked my first complaint on 4th Nov 2008 stated that my mobile produce humming sound during the call. At the 10th day she told "There is a instrument not available which required to fix the problem". When I spoke her little hard then she told that come by today 3 0'clock. When I received my mobile and did the switch on I found that battery was fully discharged so immediately I have switched of it. But at the same day I found that my full charged battery getting discharge in 10 min and discharged in 3 hours if not receiving any calls.

Here I would like to ask that please investigate who is responsible for my battery and request you that take a very hard action on it.

In conclusion my mobile get a addition problem after giving to Samsung Service centry, also I had missed lot of importent calls it may includ some good job offers.

 

Solution of your complaintReplacement of the mobile and Rs.20000 as compensation.
