Dear Sir,


As you are aware, we have been experiencing numerous problems with the [DSL Connection A/c NO. 13182143] you have been supplying. The details of these problems have been communicated to you in our previous correspondence , and you have not satisfactorily addressed the problems, despite repeated requests by us.

Please find enclosed the applications which we submitted for DSL disconnection:

1. August'2008 - Request for discontinue of DSL Line
2. November'2008 - Conversation between Neeraj Kataria, Puran & Haridev related to discontinue & refund of balance amount
3. August'2008 - Request for plan Change & Discontinue of 2 mbps DSL Line
4. November'2008 - Application for Termination of DSL Line & request for refund the balance amount

Please accept this letter as formal notice to you that you are in default of your obligation to repay the sum of [AMOUNT OWING, Rs. 29,226/-] which was advanced to you.

This amount has been overdue since [August, 2008] and you have failed to repay the same despite repeated requests for payment by our us.


Unless payment of the above amount is received by us in full within ten (15) days of the date of this letter, we will have no alternative but to exercise whatever rights and remedies we have under the law to enforce such payment.

Kindly govern yourself accordingly.
