I have the honor to state the following few lines for your kind and sympathetic consideration and favorable orders.I have purchased Videocon refrigerator S192DLX BRD from Vijay sales, Thane Branch (Tip top plaza, L.B.S marg) on 06-04-2008, sales invoice no. 10-TH04-08SIA0 764 which is having a worldwide reputation for its products. Each one of my family members, relatives and friends appreciated my selection but to my bad luck, all my dreams shattered when the refrigerator stopped working properly and I felt disheartened. We started using the same on 12-07-2008. Since from the time we have opened its not working properly. When we opened it for 1st time the bulb was not working. Then I called vijay sales they recommend me to call at Videocon customer care. i called the Videocon customer support center, the service person came and solved the problem.
Then after one months cooling totally stopped, as a result all the items are wasting and when do i put the ice-cream in the firzer, i shocked its melts. Then I again called the Videocon customer support center, the service person came and checked the refrigerator, this time he said the compressor has gone bad. i shocking for us that within 2 months how can compressor stop working of new refrigerator. Then he came and changed the compressor he said that now it will work properly I said him that if again I face any problem then the refrigerator should be replaced. After that it started working but cooling was that good. Then after 10days again it cooling stop. I tried calling Videocon customer care but it was useless. No one picked the call. After that we were out of station of 2 months. And now on 03/12/2008 I have launched a complaint and my current complaint no. is MUM0312080556
So now I request that please look for this problem and immediate solution for this by giving me replacement.

Solution of your complaintReplacement is only solution now i dont trust videocon  
Actioni will surely go to consumer court..
