It's very pathetic for me that I had been facing the same problem with my
handset (MOTO ROKR E6) repeatedly four times in the same month and the
authorized service centre is unable to fix the problem. For the clarity of
the situation I am describing my problem to you.
The problem began like this that I was not having any stand by battery back
up right after four months of my purchase. I contacted with the authorized
service centre of Motorola located at Park Street, Kolkata (SURYA Business
Pvt. Ltd.). They kept my mobile for thirteen days(13) at a stretch and
replaced my battery and also instructed me to put it on for charging for
12hrs per day, and to continue with this for three days at a stretch. I
followed the instruction properly but with no result i.e. the problem
persists. Then I again contacted with the same service centre, now they
again kept my mobile for two days at a stretch and changed the circuit board
of my handset. But still the problem persists. They became unable to fix the
handset. Now I have no patience for contacting another service centre as I
don't have that much leisure time in my hand. And I am sure that after
replacing the circuit board and even the battery there is no option left for
me but to claim for the replacement of the handset.
In a short I want my handset replaced as soon as possible as it's very much
annoying that the handset remains faulty even after three servicing back to
back in the same month which in turn is affecting my business.
I have also contacted Motorola Customer Care through email.But I didn't get any solutions.
