Ordered snow tires from Pepe to be installed. I drop the car off two weeks later at 7:30 in the morning. Five hours later I get a call and they tell me they cannot find the tires. I ask them if they checked after ordering to see if the tires arrived. I am told they do not do that. Then, after waiting the remainder of the day while they look for my tires, Pepe calls me to tell me that they had the tires all along, but just misplaced them. I ask them to make sure my car is ready early the next day. Two days later they tell me my car is ready (this is now three days to install snow tires).

I pick the car up, pay $900 and drive home. The next day, while on the highway, the low tire pressure warning light comes on and the tire pressure monitors show no pressure for the front tires. I pull over and check the tires. They seem very low. I immediately go to the gas station and fill them up. Next day, I call Pepe. They tell me it must be the pressure monitors, but they are too busy to take me until the next week. I make an appointment for the following Monday at 10:30.

On the way home that night the same light comes on. Again, I am forced to go to the gas station to put air in the front tires.

Monday, 9:30, I get a call from Pepe that they are too busy to take my car and I have to wait until Tuesday. I tell Danya that the tires will not hold air. She tells me it must be the cold weather (huh?).

Tuesday, 10:30, I arrive at Pepe. Danya is not in that day. The other service rep tells me to come back another day as he is too busy. When I insist that my car be looked at immediatly he yells at me and threatens me. Obviously, I leave.

I take it to another dealer where they tell me the front tires were not installed on the rim correctly. I get charged another $400 for new installation. Immediately, I file a complaint with the BBB and my credit card company. But gets better.

Yesterday, I tried to make an appointment at two other Infiniti dealers for a 15,000 mile service. Both times, the service manager gets on the phone and tells me that he cannot service my car because I have filed a complaint against a "sister" dealer.

I have contacted my attorney.

The bottom line - DO NOT GO TO PEPE INFINITI
