|Product/Service Description||Stayfit treadmill which was purchased in October 2006, there was a motor problem in April 2008 which was rectified after I paid Rs.8000/-, then I took an AMC for treadmill for Rs.2500/- for one year which included spares and services for 1 year, now there are many problems and they are not attending to it saying that the machine is outdated and asking me to go in for exchange, which i do not wan|

Purchased a treadmill in 2006, Oct. In 2008 April there was a motor problem which was rectified after I paid Rs.8000. Immediately I took an AMC for April 2008 to April 2009. Now there is problem with the motor, PCB. They are refusing to attend the problem saying that the spares are available and the machine is outdated so I should go in for an exchange to a new product. The AMC has specified that the Stayfit company is responsible for servicing and spares of all the parts in the machine in case there is a problem. Now everyday I have to call them to find out what they will do with the machine, there is no reply, the manager is on leave or their service head has gone abroad, or the service engineer is on leave. So they are unable to attend to the problem.
Please help me, I have spent totally around Rs.65000/- till date.
|Solution of your complaint||Let the Stayfit . give an amount for the agony caused as they are unable to replace the spares as the treadmill has become outdated. |
