I have purchased HCL System Dual Core No. 4087AZ185905 for M/s R.J. Computer, Nehru Place, New Delhi on 24th May 2008. Since then, it is creating problem either by not booting properly or not transmitting internet provided on the system. HCL Engineer visited at my premises on 29.9.2008 and got the problem rectified as "Lan Port not working." Now, for the last one week it is showing "Ask for genuine microsoft software" and hampered all the work and we are not able to open even and single file.

At the first instance, I am humble requesting the HCL to get my problem to solved, otherwise, I will have to lodge my complaint in consumer cell.
