Problem:
I booked my motor cycle number UP-16-D-2244 on 3rd April, 2006 from Pune to New Delhi on ticket. The booking was in Jhelum Express. The Luggage ticket no is 754310. I was told that bike would be loaded on same day. But unfortunately it was not loaded on same day and I was told bike would be loaded on the next day for sure.

I went to the NDLS on 6th April to pick my good but it did not reach that day. I went there on 7th and 8th April as well. No one was able to tell the position. Everyday I had to search my motor cycle myself on every platform and go-down. Then I called up my friend in Pune to check the status. Then I came to know that bike was loaded on 8th April and they gave some no Ė CR 96713 Jhelum of 8th April.

I again went to NDLS on 10th and 11th April but the result was same. No one is telling me the exact status. They are saying that Iíve to come everyday and check bike myself. It takes around 3-4 hours to check everywhere. For that I need to take half day leave everyday.

Iím going through mental stress. Iím not able to work properly. This all is affecting me badly.
