We bought a lot of electronic products of videocon like TV,VCR. AND FRIDZE but service atleast at lucknow centre is very poor.
we requested in the morning complaint no 13063 as our fridze not cooling the stuff inside, in the hot summer day.ON 3 rd call she told me that her engineers would call by the evening but nobody turned up. I also phoned up their call ctre, who atleast was polite to talk.
But the receptionist lady Called ANJU said that nothing can be done before next day
2pm to 6 pm.
same problem occured with this fridze few years ago and also it had taken a lot of tme to repair.
We have a VCR of same co which she told to bring to her service centre, when it was taken over their she said abruptly that VCR are obselete and no repair is being done this fact she could have told on telephone itself.
|Solution of your complaint||Better public relationing, better service centre staff,and product quality. otherwise just by propoganda and adverts videocon is sure to doom |
|Action||we have to get it repaired by some body else and perhaps exchange it to better quality internatioal products as we had one kelvinator fridze which did nort give any problem for 20 years. I got trapped by videocon being local Indian fridze. |
