I recharge the Airtel prepaid mobile through ICICI net banking facility to mobile no:9731924389 (udupi-karnataka) for an amount of Rs 100 first then to Rs1200 next consecutively, i did not receive any information about my charging status in the mobile i dontknow how much was charged in my mobile, after calling i come to know that it was getting charged for the first 100Rs only the consecutive 1200Rs was not charged and i did not receive any SMS (as mentioned in the terms and conditions) regarding the amount of recharge in the mobile. Look into the matter seriously to avoid any further inconvenience and loss of one airtel customer.
ICICi transaction no:0084823922 for Rs 1200 which was not recharged in mobile till now.
