i brought nokia 2505 handset from haji ali Reliance Web World, on 20th nov 08, within 24 hrs i found that cell phone have network, handsfree and even battery proble, when i went to that web world within 24 hours Mr.Rafi (Manager) told us to go to nokia service centre that is in lower parel, because it is there look out realince will not not going replace the hand
untill i brought the letter from them,
when i went there they told us its is not there look out they cant replace the handset i have to go to haji ali web wolrd only and even nokia service centre people told there not any rule of giving a letter to customer, rule is this if one brought a handset and if it has any fault he should report to that same shop within 48 hours,and shopkeeper has to replace it with new handst but mr rafi give false comment and send me to lower parel service centre,when
i came back to haji ali they told they cant replace handset without letter,finnaly after lots of argument they taken my handset and told me wil give me a call in 24 hours,
but after 3 days i tried to contact them but all in vain they guys not picking up the phone they given me there no. 32900347 hight of hight is when i manage to contact them from pco after listen to my comlaint they told me its wrong no, and disconnect the line.
when i personnaly went there they told me they where contacting me but my phone was switched off which i can guarantee never happen in last 3 month,
, in this proceedure 21 days past finnaly when i get my handset back from haji ali web world it was my same old phone they didnt replace it they just give me job sheet ,
i m very angry with the customer service of relianec, only one quastion i want to ask if one brought a hand set from a gallery and it has a problem so where we have to report even i have done all the fornalities.
and i got a rs600 rim to rim talk time free with that handset which i activated from that gallery on 20th nov only but till now i have not get that balance in my account i have send the sms 4 time to activate that service but all vain. if reliance cant affort this why should he advertise about scheme which is out of there control,

PLS SOMONE DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT REALINCE HAS THE POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN INDIA THIS GUYS ARE SPOILING OUR COUNTRYS NAME,
 

Solution of your complaintPLS REPLACE MY HAND SET WITH NEW ONE AND GIVE ME MY RS600 RIM TO RIM TALK TIME ACCORDING TO SCHEME, AND A COMPENSATION OF RS 50000 FOR HARSSMENT AND INCONVIENCE. AND MOST IMPORATNT PLS UPGRADE THE REALIANCE CUSTOMER SERVICE IT THE WORST IN INDIA, 
ActionI WILL GO TO COURT
