Ref. my previous complaint no. 1176MW463602 dated 12.12.08 at 3:15 pm
On 12.12.08 at 5:15 pm I again went to the Ambala Cantt Office and asked Miss Ruchika to take full and final payment from me and to disconnect my Airtel connection no. 01714003654. She refused to do so and could not give me the full amount due to Airtel. She refused to set my cheque and denied me any sort of receiving for disconnection. I was begging your people to take the full and final payment but nobody would do so, even after contacting Mr. Harpal a senior officer. Later instead of seeing me, in the same office as committed Mr. Harpal sent Mr.Rinku who posed to be Mr. Harpal. Mr. Rinku agreed for disconnection but after talking to Mr. Harpal would not do so. I felt as if I was a slave in Airtel office begging them for disconnection. I can bring to your notice another case who was sitting there in your office at that very time and was grumbling over his disconnection from the last two months. I am mentally upset and perturbed and so is my father S. Ajit Singh a 78 yrs old senior citizen and proprietor of the firm Jagat Jeet Traders.  

Solution of your complaintImmediate disconnection of my Airtel Connection and giving me a recieving for that after taking full and final payment 
ActionThis is my second complaint and if nothing is done within the next five working days I will be forced to move to the consumer court with heavy harrasment damages. And if something happens to my father a senior citizen because of such a behaviour of your employees then the damages will be multi fold.
