I bought a Samsung mobile from your company around 7 months back. Iíve been using your products from last 10 years. Every time I buy any white good and thatís always Samsung. I am using Samsung LCD, Samsung A.c., Samsung Fridge and Samsung VCD Player too. I trust this brand very much and I always advise my friends to buy your products. However, this time your services ruined my interest and that made me feel very upset. The day I bought the cell, it started giving me troubles. It started hanging in between my calls. And when I contacted the hot spotís sales executive at sec.15 Faridabad, he advised me to contact Samsung Service station. Then I contacted your service station and they told me to get the original copy of bill such that they can entertain me. However, that bill got misplaced some how and I pleaded them very much but they didnít heard me and they refused to help me with that. But does that mean I never bought that cell from you guys?
