I bought a new 6500s nokia set which is still under guarantee.the memory card was not read by the phone and the camera also did not work.
we had taken to nokia customer care and they offered to get a new set in return.but they returned the new set with same set of problems in a new phone.
when asked about the problem,they asked us to wait so that they can update the software.but still it did not work.
it was already 40days we handed over the set and it came to us in much worser condition.it did not look like a new set.it looked like a second hand set.They have asked for few more days..
they give very weird explanations like Panel is not proper,software is corrupt.memory card is corrrupted.
but after rectifying this,still there was a problem.
I want to file a case in consumer court,
