I had a postpaid mobile connection no. 9892381911 with airtel. In Dec-2006, i asked the airtel customer care center to disconnect my connection. I had Rs 1500 amount deposited with airtel. I got a check of ~Rs. 517 after 1 year after so many calls and visits to their centers, but till now I did not get rest of my money which is Rs. ~980. I called to CCC so many times but no response. Nobody cares when it is about returning money.. I do not have any proper knowledge about whom to contact for my money...
|Solution of your complaint||My interest is to get my money back so in case this issue of negligence reaches properly concerned people and there should be a detailed enquiry of this and related matters then it would be helpfule for not only me but to many others like me. There should be a way to reach resonsible and reliable people who can help in the time of crisis... The way these customer care centers work... can totally ruin a companys reputation... |
