Dear sir/mam
i have a complain regarding to your nokia care centre in udaipur. i m a student and i have nokia n 73 music edition mobile. i was having problem regarding the volume key. then i took it to the nokia care centre on 6th dec. on saturday. they opened it and asked me to wait after opening it two times they said me to come again on sunday. when i came to my hostel i found that the hearing speaker is not working when i received a call. i again called to my friend then i came to know that the hearing speaker was not working. it was working on loudspeaker. on monday i took it again, i told them about the speaker also. they said me that we will give you next day. when i went next day the volume key problem was still same, and sapeaker was also not working, and it started automatically switch off while calling. then they again said me to come next day. when i went next day they told me that switch off problem they have solved but the speaker problem and volume key problem is not solved. they advised me to take it to the jaipur care centre. i requested them that atleast give me back in that condition in which i gave them. they are saying that there may be some hardware fault, due to that your set may be dead. and we are not responsible for that. now it has been 10 days facing this problem. and today is 15 dec and they have told me to come on 17 dec. now tell me where i am faulty and what is my fault? Plz help me about this, i am having problem. I have only this phone and i live in hostel. and i am not able to receive my important calls. so plz do something in favour of me. The job sheet number is 4037 and date 08 dec 08. and the imei number is 353548020297199. the set is purchased on 20th april 07. it is purchased from gem communications, bikaner rajasthan. the bill number is 8101. i am giving you the address and telephone number of the centre:

Solution of your complaintatleast my mobile should be return in the condition in which i gave them and if they fails they are responsible to provide me a new one. 
Actionif it is not solved i will go to the consumer court and i will send a legal notice against them and i will demand for new hand set and the compensation.
