from the past 1 week ur people are not responding to my reqest and calls properly.recently i took post paid connection from pre paid connection .they activated it and then asked for proof of address and photo identification.Before that it self they dis connected.then now they are tell that the proof is not sufficent so they cannt activate the post paid then i asked them to activate my prepaid then from t he past 2 days then didnt do that also.till now i raised request nearly 5 to 6 times to customer care people.NO USE.my request no.823432424.
