I have bought a cellone connection from Guwahati in the month of december 2005 and it activated after a gap of 10 days or so at 28 jan 2006....i would like to add that i have taken the connection on my fathers name who is a Govt employe under the scheme 100 rental for Govt/ P.S.U...but since i have resorted to this services hell has broken loose....
1. No std facility was provided in the mobile even if i had to deposit 1200 rupees as a security deposit ( which is not required of course for the govt./P.S.U people.
2.No smses went out and then i had to change the message center no manually.Even since then no smses go out to the BPL/ HUTCH mobile users....and i wd like to mention that all my friends (In Nagpur) use HUTCH mobile . so now i cant call, miscall or sms them...
3 No AND ABSOLUTELY NO action has been taken against the complaints i have made on this regard. (about 15 to 20 times.)
4 Now my sim has accidentally blocked due to my mistake and they are saying that they dont have the PUK code with them.

|Solution of your complaint|| solution to your complaint thats what is asked in the above question. I feel that the BSNL company should shut down its services all together so that no one is fooled by the FAKE and UNSCRUPULOUS offers given by them. If you cant run a service better keep urself to the landlines...why offer for mobiles when u cant provide the services. |
|Action||I would file a case because this has reached the limits now...no mobile company offers such bad services....... |
