I am having a Samsung automatic Washing machine. The machine was purchased in the year 2004. The machine got a problem in PCB panel. I made an complaint, my samsung BP number is 8407823475. The complain was not rectified for the last 4 month. Once the person from so called service centre (M/s Hi-Tech Solution , Phone number - 04426181307) has come and replace with a condemed PCB panel and took Rs 1500/- from me. They have not issued any Bill also. The machine works for 2 days again got out of order. After several complain with Service Engg. Mr Mani- 9841660566, and Mr Ramesh - 9841343278,9884349886(both are fraud) still the problem not rectified. It is very socking that a company like Samsung has appointed a service centre where the people are fraud and cheater. It is a bad name for Samsung as well as the management of the company. There is no control on service centre. My Complain number still open in the samsung system but no one can take care of this.
Please help me to give the e-mail address of concerned service centre head , so that my complain can reach to him.

I think is PCB is not replacable , please return my Rs 1500/- gave to the company.
I would like to go to Consumer forum for re-dresaal of the problem.
