Sir,

This is to inform you that i had purchased a new mobile handset from a Authorised retail shop at kalyan.

The details are given below.
Shop Name-Tata Phone Center, Invoice no-1652 dtd-21/8/2008 . Phone Model no- D88n, Spice make. Shops ph-0251 2301176

By 12th nov.08 i had some problem in the handset, where i found that the mobile is not working properly, thereafter i called up the customer care executive, who advised me to go to the service centre and show the handset. Next day i went to the authorized service centre of Spice Telecom based at Vashi (I work in Vashi) and informed about the problem with the handset.

The details are given below.
Service shops Name –Hot Spot Mobicare. Job Sheet no – 001,Book No. – 1497 Dtd.-13/11/2008. Shops Ph. No -65975317.
The service centre person took the handset and asked me to come after 7 days. They gave me the receipt for the same. On 15th November 2008 i got a call from the service centre saying that my handset has a major problem and they have to send the handset to their Delhi office for rectification. I agreed the same and requested them to make it asap.I don’t have a mobile phone to be in touch with my family. Later after few days i called up the service centre and enquired about my handset, they told me that it has not yet come and will take time to come from Delhi.

I agreed and called them up after few days and i got the same reply. Now its been more then a month, they don’t even bother to take my call or revert back to me with what is happening with my handset.

I am very disappointed with the kind of service i have been getting and my time, money and efforts are completely wasted. I have no idea as in how to get my mobile.

Kindly help me with the same and advice me what to do?

I am salaried man and can’t afford to leave my office every time and go and visit the service centre.
After sent the same mail to costomer care(www.spicemobilecustomercare.in) Mr Sainath send me a mail that my handset is ready you can collect it tomorrow.When i rached there they give me one of the old and used handset as replacement. I didnot accept the handset because my was new one . Awaiting your earliest reply and guidance for the same.
