DEAR SIR,
MY MOBILE NUMBER IS: 9291374827. I RECHARGED WITH AN AMOUNT OF Rs.489 THROUGH NET BANKING FROM TATA TELESERVICES WEBSITE. IN THAT WEBSITE I FOUND THAT WITH AN AMOUNT OF Rs. 489 I WOULD GET A TALKTIME OF Rs.10 AND LIFETIME VALIDITY. I OPTED FOR THAT AND GET RECHARGED AND IT WAS SUCCESSFUL. AFTER SOMETIME I FOUND THAT MY MOBILE HAS ZERO VALIDITY AND TOTAL AMOUNT IS CONVERTED INTO TALKTIME. I CONTACTED CUSTOMER CARE I GOT NO REPLY THEY PUT MY CALL ON HOLD FOR 10 MINUTES THEN MY CALL WAS GET DISCONNECTED. I TRIED THREE TIMES, SAME WAS REPEATED. THEN I CONTACTED TO HYDERABAD TATA TELESERVICES, NAMPALLY. HERE ALSO THEY TRANSFERED MY CALL TO DIRECTORY ENQUIRY (CHARGEABLE CALL). FINALLY I LODGED A COMPLAINT IN THE WEBSITE. PLZ DO THE FAVOUR.
