My mobile no is : +91-9735239918.
In that no a caller tune has been automatically activated and rs 30+15= 45 has been deducted.
From the last 2 weeks I tried to deactivate the caller tune by sending a sms "CAN CT" to the toll free no 144.But all the time it is displaying message sending failed.I told the problem to the customer care but till now the problem is not resolved.Please tell me what can I do now because if I don't deactivate the caller tune then 4th January it will deduct more 30 rs.
Please help me.
