I had registered myself for oxicash almost 8 months back. I have been charging my E tag through oxicash, but the last two expeirences have been horrifying!!

Last time, i could not charge my tag through oxicash and had to go to the toll plaza and recharge it. I ignored it considering it one off case. This month again, while i logged on, i saw that my wallet balance was intact and i proceeded to recharge the tag. 1st time, it showed an error.(i have a screen shot of the error message.) i logged in again, and to my surprise i saw my wallet showed the amount debited from my wallet (Rs. 515). I called up the oxicash helpline and they told me that the money was debtied by them and my tag would be recharged within 48 hours!!!

Even after 48 hours my tag is not recharged. Its the 6 day after i reacharged my tag through oxicash. I have faced emabraasment at the toll plaza as well; while i cross the tag lane, the screen shows "tag blacklisted" and once the toll official even tried to confiscate my tag. On requesting to them and explaining the situation they gave me back my tag.

I have been following up with oxicash customer care on daily basis and i get a standard reply that it will be done by the "evening". Mr. Vivek talks very politely but is not able to help me out and nor is interested. i had requested him to update me by calling me up, but he is least interested in sorting out a customers problem. The only thing he is able to do is just give false promises.

Oxicash has debited my money from my wallet but are not able to recharged the tag. Now i am afraid that the other amount which is available in my oxicash wallet would also be used up by this "fraud" system.

I have tried to get telephone numbers of Mr Vivek"s seniors but Vivek and even the customer care has refused to share the numbers. I have just now called up Mr. Vivek again to take his seniors number, he has refused to give and has told me that he will call me back. Now his phone is witched off.

I am a harrassed customer at the hands of "oxicash". All this is also leading to embarrasment at the toll plaza for me for no fault of mine. I am just hoping that something would be done to ensure that this kind of harassment is not metted out to any other customer.

Solution of your complaintSolution would be that oxicash should be directed to recharge my etag and remaining money in my oxicash wallet should be refunded to me as i do not trust them any longer. They should pay up my money with interest for all the harrasment and embarrasment caused for no fault of mine. 
ActionI will approach media and also file a complaint with other customer redressal forums.
