My phone number is 9840126595. I have a dispute over the GPRS usage for my last two months (for oct-nov and nov-dec). My GPRS charges are around 3.2k and 1529 for these two months respectively. I have been using GPRS for about 6 months and there has been no change in my usage of the same. I am surprised and shocked by the bill statement I have received.
I have made several complaints regarding the same, both through email and customer care but in vain. They simply say "We have charged correctly" without providing any explanation. An amount of 280 has been deducted from my bill as "goodwill gesture". I appreciate it, but I dont need it. I need the GPRS charges waived and a corrected statement to reach me so that I will pay my outstanding payment.
I tried calling the nodal officer and appellate officer today (23rd December) between 1: 15 PM and 1: 45 PM but neither responded.
Kindly deduct my GPRS charges immediately as this issue is taking too long to resolve (more than a month, in fact).
I want this resolved in another 2 weeks time, failing which I have to proceed to consumer court.
