I was having a prepaid number of Airtel. On 05-12-08 I've submitted a request to convert this number to Postpaid at Radical Communication, Adhchini, New Delhi -17. I've had given my office address for billing communication. On the day the enquiry for address verification came, I was not in the office. This led to the negative address verification even though the peoples in my office verbally confirmed that I work in this office.
Now neither my postpaid nor prepaid SIM is working. I've tried calling customer care but most of the time it doesn't connect or when it connects they don't have any clue what to do.
|Solution of your complaint||Atleast, start my previous prepaid SIM. Why is that blocked? Return me the amount i.e. Rs. 250 /- I've deposited for postpaid SIM. |
