unauthorised bill charges
I m using airtel postpaid connection from four mobile no. is 9810587272.i m very disappointed with the kind of services airtel are providing in these days.i have serveral calls in airtel customer care but everytime i m getting no solution.
I have recieved many services messages from airtel.If i have charged only for open those messages, for that i m not responsible.
i have recieved three messages from 54999 & 64611199 on 24/11/2008, which said i was using airtel license manager service and i have been charged for it.after that i have done immideate call in airtel customer care about this & recieved refference no.(809469618), that girl assured me that, these services will stop & if they charge me for this in sms others & etc., that will be waved off.
After a week my bill generated & i found i have been charged for rs.631 in sms others and according to my bill taxes was 108rs.which are totally unfair.
1.)firstly i have called up in airtel customer care on 1/12/2008 at 8:59pm about my bill & recieved (19541297) complaint no..
2.)Again i have talk with Manu on 05/12/2008 at 4:30pm he told me i should call in technical dippartment at 12118, i have done it & talk with Mandeep(gprs tec. dept.), he told me GPRS not activated on my connection & i should call in 121 after that i have talk with Rajni in airtel & recieved (816986627)ref. no.& assured me they will resolve within 48 hours, but they again have done nothing.
3.)On 9th/12/2008 at 6:57pm again i have talk with Anu, she told me she is forverding reminder complaint & gave me ref. no.(813382935)
4.)On 12th/12/2008 again i have talk with Lakhwinder Singh at 7:19pm & recieved complaint no.(19735626) he told i put the complaint against your charges
on 15/12/2008 i have last call in airtel and talk with Ritu, she told me waver not possible because over department said i have download three time license manager services .again i want to tell you i have not download any kind of service, even i dont know what the mean of this and how to use this service.
16/12/2008 is my due date.In these 32 days i m constently trying to prevent the relation with Airtel.but airtel false assurences i m very disappointed now.
I want to continue this relation and still waiting for your positive revertback.
