Tata Indicom Walky post paid services (0120-6483477; A/C No. 208029316) provided a refurbished instrument which became out of order on 12.11.2008, the service centre declared the set defective, Tata Indicom failed to provide areplacement of the LG handset (LSP 350T)and telecommunication stopped since then.

Customer service awas dvised about phone not working they sent a person who advised to take it to the LG service centre, who in turn declared the phone as defective & can be repaired immediately. Tata Indicom was informed about the same but they failed to do the replacement. Phone services are dsrupted since 12-11-2008.

Tata Indicom should have replaced the phone as wireless services cant be operated with any other handset
Disruption of phone services has caused tremendous harassment and thus I shall seek damages for RS.10,000/- from the service provider
