I shiva has been a prepaid subscriber ( 9247773340) of tata indicom but the issue is, the call waiting option was disconnected 25 days ago for all over Andhra Pradesh without being informed consequently, I approach the customer care the answer is technical problems they would connect it within 20 day, Now it is 10 days late since the given date. Again I approach to customer care now they are saying that it will take one more month.
Isnít this a disregard to a customer? Should it be consider as your negligence? This kind of negligence may create several problem.
Being a service oriented company, In this post modern world, technical problem is not all an issue, as the technology is at our fingertips, And are more thing is, I feel that there is a discrimination between prepaid subscriber and postpaid subscriber regarding this option
