Title : Negligence and pmental harassment from AIRTEL
Complaint ID : 11156
Complaint Details : Myself Shashikant Gupta , an airtel postpaid customer
from past
more than 3 years.My numbers 9867333177 / 9004344334 / 9004344339 have
been
disconnected from past 10 days ? The reason I came to know from customer
care was some 816/- Rs. Outstanding amount on number 9987008168 (for which
I made several request to terminate, but they did not care to terminate
nor did they
ever informed me about its pending bill.When I came to know this, I
cleared this amount immediately without seeing any bill for the same.I
paid this outstanding amount (816 + 16 rs) online on 19th morning at 9.38
through NGPAY from
mobile no 9960990066. The transaction id for the same is NGPAY1007614251.
I
confirmed the same to customer care also immediately and he assured me
that
services will be restored immediately.However whole day passed and nothing
was done in this regard. I again called customer again and lodged
complaint
for which I was given complaint no as 827280648. Because of non-activation
of my numbers i had to suffer a lot both mentally and financially also.
Again I had to repeat complaints. Now I
have got the complaint Nos as below for each number :

3)?????? 9867333177 : 827683454



Although after confirming that the outstanding amount has been received by
AIRTEL, I was assured that my all above three numbers will be reactivated
within 4 hours, it is again shameful of you to see such a height of
negligence. I also kept on mailing them regarding my griveances at
121@airtelindia.com in reply to which i was always informed that they have
recived any payment for 9987008168 while on other hand their customer
care excecutives (Mr. Sheetal Chougule and Mr.Rahul naik) himself
confirmed to me that they have recieved the payment completely for
9987008168. I have all the proofs as i have recorded their calls in which
they have confirmed the receipt of payment. Also i sent them my Statement
of credit card through which i had done the payment. i also emailed them
that along with my credit card numbers. After all this i was once again
assurred that my services will be restored within 4 hours. but after so
many days, still they are doing anything in this regard. I am mentally
getting harassed by them. I also said to them that i will go to consumer
court, still they didnt do anything. So Please help. Let me know if you
need anything from my side
Consequences : I have been mentally harassed by their pathetic and poorest
customer service as i have to always do regular followup with them while i
am a working man. Inspite of having all my dues cleared they are mentally

Solution of your complaintRestoration of Services immeditaly for my numbers 9004344334, 9004344339 & 9004344339. Financial Compensation for All that calls which i had to make to customer care since it is a paid service to call on 9892012345 while in maharashtra to talk for mumbai circle customer care and also for mental harassment that they are causing to me 
ActionI have already written several complaints to airtel, nodal officer of airtel. Now today i have also written complaint to CORE Team (Consumer Online Resource & Empowerment) & also to DOT. If still problem is not resolved within 2 days, i shall move to Consumer court against their negligence and pathetic service
