I have received BSNL excel anth connection on 20-01-2006 from the BSNL office Nilambur, kerala SIM Number 899 1725 02343 121 3220 . it shows the following problems i have received from the BSNL office.
1)Long delay in disconnectiong the outgoing calls.
2)Reporting Network error .
I have repoted the above mentioned problems severl times to the concerned office but they have no action to solve the problem.
