Myself Sangram Keshari Pattanaik and I am residing in Bangalore.
I bought a "Kent Grand Mineral RO" with machine number KR080654480 on 10/09/2008. I have purchased this water purifier from a kent authorised dealer called 'Siri Technology' and the dealer has promised about the quality and service of the product.
Now I have a problem with the taste of the water and wanted to check the TDS level, while calling the Kent Customer care of Bangalore Karnataka branch, I came to know that Siri Technology has no more authorisation for the Kent purifier dealership and the Kent customer care persons are not at all bothering my problem and forced me to write this complaint against this mischief.
It looks really surprising for me that the customer care persons (tele caller lady) are not proper educated and dont know how to talk. They have lack of manners and they dont care about the customer's problem. They are asking me to take a legal action towards the company which hints that they are not professional persons and its big question that how and why Kent hired them.
I am requesting you to take the initial steps as soon as possible before your brand name will be spoiled by these unsocialised entities.
I really apologize for my harsh statements but the way they treated me is forcing me to inform you the truth and as a sincere customer its my duty to inform you about the problem with the existing system. Please take care of this and if possible please arrange some engineer to attend my problem.

Solution of your complaint
sending a engineer to test the TDS level of water.
I may go for a legal action and also inform about this in all consumer forums.
