|Name of the Company Employee||Nikki (Idea customer cell,Race Course) |
I purchased a Top-Up card of 53 rupees which provides the scheme as "53 minutes free idea to STD mobile". On Top-Up I got the balance as "18 rupees (approx.) & All STD @ 1 Rs. for a Month".
On re-approaching the vendor of the card; he told the scheme is closed and while selling the card he was himself unaware (he excused that the Idea hasn't informed about the scheme revoke so,he can't take back the card ).
On approaching the Idea customer help cell, The care attendant telephoned some higher official (guess: the card distributor) and provided me a number to give it to the vendor and let him talk with him).
I re-approached the vendor (3rd time) . He telephoned the person (the card distributor) and solution outcome was nil, moreover the vendor refused to take back the Top-up card.
I re-approached the idea customer consumer help cell and told the outcome. Ultimately the care attendant told that there is no solution and you have to be with what you have been provided. To add she told me that you have been benefited by the scheme you are provided with; which I in no way see beneficial to me ("53 mobile STD minutes" compared to "18 rupees top-up and all STD @ 1 Rs. for the month).
|Solution of your complaint||53 minutes STD mobile OR the top-up card to be taken back and returning of 53-18= 35 Rs. |
|Action||Filing a written complaint in consumer court and an consumer awareness campaign in local newspaper against the idea cellular. |
