I tried to use limewire as i knew it was a free service, however it said it would now cost £1.99 for every 2 months however once i had entered my account information it said it had debited my account £64:99 i emailed them demanding a refund and they said i should get one within 5 to 10 days however i still have no refund and they have taken a further £67:99 from my account. I have thus had to close my account and the Bank have told me that their fraud department is investigating the situation. I am beyond livid with this company which shouldnt even be allowed to advertise their scam fuelled buisness!
|Solution of your complaint||1. i should be refunded all of the money that was wrongfully taken from my account.
2. Marketbill should have their website shut down and be prosecutted. |
