Complaint-- no refund of refundable amount from past 1 year
I have surrendered reliance WLL phone on 19/10/2007.
I paid the last bill and as per final settelment i was supposed to get RS 1000 refund which they took whlie taking the connection.
Even after 4 to 5 visit at webworld in ujjain i have not received any refund and satisfactory answer for date on which i will receive the amount.
answers from thier side are like --we will get back to within 10 days and then again no communication.
i also asked for statement from them which can show last transction from them but they dint gave it.this shows something is wrong.
i am having Last bill and copy of bill on which refund amount is written.
kindly suggest further action.
|Solution of your complaint||Strict action should be taken at first so that in future noone has to fight so hard to get his money back.
1) they should reimburse refund amount
2)they should apologise for the delay and negligence for attending and handling consumer woes.
3)also the licence should be canceled or franchise should be taken back so that they will realise the power of consumer. |
|Action||i will not let this issue left unsolved.
i will file a case against them in consumer court.
its not the qn of money but qn of respect they give to consumer and service the coustmer. |
